Spools are cut, bevelled, fitted and welded to your isometrics — carbon, stainless, alloy and coated — with dimensional control, NDT, hydrostatic testing and full material traceability. Modules and skids are assembled, wired and insulated complete with valves, instruments and supports, then trial-fitted, sea-fastened and shipped as one lift. Prefabrication moves work off a congested site into a controlled shop, cutting schedule, cost and site risk — backed by 10+ years of overseas projects.
